Utility Bills

Water and trash bills are billed at the beginning of each quarter (January, April, July, and October). They are due with in 30 days. Delinquent accounts will be charged a 2% penalty for each month late.

Property Taxes

Property tax bills are sent out annually in January. Tax bills are due March 31st of the current year. Delinquent accounts will be charged a 2% penalty for each month late.

Waste water rates

Service will be billed quarterly with a base rate of $40.00. Additionally, a charge of $3.00 will be charged for every one thousand gallons used. Wastewater consumption is based upon water usage.
