On Wed. 12/14/05, Milton Police Department arrested Terrence J. Jones, 24, of Milton DE. for 2 counts of Offensive Touching of Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting Arrest, 3 counts of Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Trespass 3rd.
Milton Police Officers responded to a Trespass in progress involving Jones being at Park Royal Apartments where the Delaware Court System recently barred him from the property. Milton Police Officers went to take Jones into custody when Jones started to resist arrest. Jones offensively touched two Police Officers and damage personal property and departmental property. Jones also damaged property belonging to a tenant. Jones was taken into custody a short time later.
Jones was taken back to Milton Police Department and processed. Jones was arraigned via videophone with Justice of the Peace Court 2 and committed to SCCI in default of $4,501.00 secured bond pending a hearing at the Court of Common Pleas at a later date.
