Assault, Attempted Burlgary 2nd, etc Arrest(s)

On September 4, 2009, Milton Police arrested George Miller (17) of Milton for Assault 2nd degree, Attempted Burglary 2nd degree, Conspiracy 2nd degree, (2) counts of Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief, and Disorderly Conduct.
 
On September 9, 2009, Milton Police arrested Anthony Oberholtzer (18) of Lewes for Assault 2nd degree, Attempted Burglary 2nd degree, Conspiracy 2nd degree, (2) counts of Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief, and Disorderly Conduct.
 
On September 10, 2009, Milton Police arrested Christopher Boone (19) of Lincoln for Assault 2nd degree, Attempted Burglary 2nd degree, Conspiracy 2nd degree, (2) counts of Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief, and Disorderly Conduct.
 
On klasfj;ads, Milton Police arrested Malcolm Mapp (16) of Lewes for Assault 2nd degree, Attempted Burglary 2nd degree, Conspiracy 2nd degree, (2) counts of Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Mischief, and Disorderly Conduct.
 
On August 27, 2009, Milton Police responded to a fight in progress complaint. Milton Police learned that three subjects were attacked by four black males, who fled the scene prior to the police arriving. Milton Police learned that after the victims were attacked, the suspects attempted to force entry into the victim’s house. One victim was treated at the hospital and suffered several fractured bones to the facial area.
 
Milton Police conducted an investigation and learned the four black males involved were Christopher Boone, Anthony Oberholtzer, George Miller, and Malcolm Mapp.
 
Miller was arraigned and committed to the Stevenson House in default of $12,200.00 secured bond. Oberholtzer was arraigned and released on $14,000.00 unsecured bond. Boone was arraigned and released on $13,000.00 unsecured bond. Mapp was arraigned and released on $10,000.00 unsecured bond.
