Milton Police on September 15, 2009 arrested Leslie A. Spady, 21, of Dover De, Michael K. Scott, 18, of Magnolia De, Mark McDonald, 37, of Dover De, Deangelo Hoskins, 40, of Camden, De, and Crystal R. Thomas, 27, of Mareno Valley Ca for Robbery 1st, Conspiracy 2nd, Wearing a Disguise during the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a person prohibited. Spady was a local fugitive for a Capias out of Kent Superior Court, and wanted on criminal charges from Dover PD both for Fail Register as a sex offender. Hoskins was a local fugitive from New Castle Court of Common Pleas and Kent Court of Common Pleas for traffic capiases. Hoskins was also wanted by Kent Superior Court and Delaware State Police for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Family Court on a capias. Thomas was a local fugitive out of JP7 for a shoplifting capias.
 
Milton Police on September 15, 2009 at approx. 8:50 P.M. responded to a report of a robbery that just occurred with a handgun at Workman’s Package Store on Federal St.
Milton Police upon arrival confirmed a robbery had occurred and obtained a suspect vehicle description and placed a general broadcast out to all units. Georgetown Police stopped the suspect vehicle with the above defendants inside. Milton Police responded and were assisted by Delaware State Police and Probation & Parole Sussex Street Unit. Milton Police recovered a money box, U.S.C. and 2 bb handguns from the suspect vehicle. 
Milton Police learned that McDonald entered the establishment prior to the robbery and then left after casing the business. Spady then entered the establishment a short time later while wearing a disguise and held up the clerk with a handgun. Scott stood by outside as a lookout. Spady and Scott fled a block away to the suspect vehicle driven by Hoskins with Thomas as lookout. All suspects were apprehended without incident. McDonald and Scott were committed to SCCI in default of $64,000.00 secured bond pending preliminary hearing. Thomas was committed to SCCI in default of $64,500.00 secured bond pending preliminary hearing and later court date for the capias. Spady was committed to SCCI in default of $64,000 secured bond and $324.00 cash bond pending later court dates. Hoskins was committed to SCI in default of $69,050,00 secured bond and $5,070.00cash pending court at a later date.
