Theft of a Firearm, etc. Arrest

On September 21, 2009, Milton Police arrested Cedric Moody (39) of Milton for Theft of a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited, and for an active capias out of the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas.
On July 12, 2009, Milton Police began an investigation after learning a handgun was stolen from the victim while the victim was visiting a family member in Milton. Milton Police obtained warrants for Moody after conducting an investigation and developing Moody as a suspect.
Moody was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on unsecured bond pending a Preliminary Hearing.
