2) Female Juvenile , 16, of Milton, DE.
3) Kugelmann, Kathryn , 31, of Milton, DE.
Charges: 1) Disorderly Conduct
2) Aggravated Menacing
3) Possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony
Victim: 1) Society
2) Johnson, Chrishelle, 18, of Georgetown, DE.
Narrative: Milton Police responded to a reported fight in progress involving a knife. Milton Police arrived and contacted Johnson, the juvenile and Kugelmann. Milton Police verified with witnesses that all three had been fighting and yelling in the road. Milton Police learned that Kugelmann obtained a knife from the residence and brandished the knife in a threatening manner towards Johnson.
Johnson and the juvenile were each charged with disorderly conduct. Johnson was released on O.R. bond pending a later date. The female juvenile was turned over to a parent pending family court. Kugelmann was arrested for Aggravated Menacing, PDWDCF, and Disorderly Conduct and committed to SCCI pending a prelim hearing in CCP at a later date.
