Narrative: Milton Police were contacted on June 6, 2011 in regards to a domestic involving Bailey and his mother. Milton Police learned that Bailey was having a verbal argument with his mother who was driving at the time. Bailey was intentionally spitting on his mother and grabbed the steering wheel and activated the emergency brake of the car locking up the brakes while in motion. Bailey was threatened to defecate on his mother and pulled out his penis acting as if he was going to urinate on her. Bailey fled prior to the police being notified.
Milton Police searched the area for Bailey including several locations Bailey is known to frequent with negative results. Milton Police obtained a warrant for Bailey’s arrest.
Bailey was arrested by Seaford Police on July 4, 2011 on unrelated charges and Milton Police were contacted. Milton Police responded to Seaford PD and processed Bailey. Bailey was committed to SCCI pending court at a later date on $2,500.00 secured bond.
