Welcome to the Milton Police Department website. Milton is a town of approximately 2,500, situated between the birth place of the state, Lewes, and the county seat of Georgetown.
As a tourist destination, the Milton Police Department remains active protecting our residents, business community and countless who come to enjoy our many various venues.
As you navigate through our website, the Milton Police Department is composed of different divisions and operating units that provides a wide range of services to the Milton community. The Department encourages a problem solving, community policing philosophy and works collaboratively with the community in addressing problems of crime and disorder.
