In the event you feel that we may have failed to meet that standard or that we may have exceeded your expectations, you may file a formal citizen compliment/complaint, either in person, by mail, or on-line.

Please note that you can also use the on-line reporting system to commend an officer for exemplary conduct of performance. Included in this section are instructions for filing a complaint by means other than the on-line process.
